You must be 13 years or older to use Flock. By using this app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Your Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all prayers, voice recordings, notes, and other content you create in Flock.

We will never sell or publicly share your prayers or recordings without your explicit consent.

5. Consent to Data Processing

By using Flock, you consent to:

• The secure storage of your prayers and voice recordings
• AI-powered analysis of prayer text for features like prayer summaries and linking (without personal identifiers)
• Syncing your content across your devices

6. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

You agree not to use Flock to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to compromise the security of the app or other users' accounts
