Delete your Flock account
This page explains how to permanently delete your account, what information is removed, and what may be retained for a limited time for legal, security, or backup reasons.
Delete your account in the app
If you can still access Flock, the fastest option is to delete your account from within the app.

Open the Flock app and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your profile or account settings.
- 3
Choose "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts.

Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you should lose access to your Flock account and the personal data associated with it, subject to the limited retention exceptions described below.
Can't access the app?
If you can't sign in, no longer have access to your device, or need help deleting your account, contact us and we'll help process your request.
Email support@prayflock.comFor faster help, include the email address or phone number associated with your account and mention that you are requesting account deletion.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile information, such as your name, email address, and login identifiers.
- Your prayer requests, notes, and other personal content associated with your account.
- Your memberships and connections within Flock communities, to the extent they are tied to your deleted account.
- App preferences and other account-level settings stored for your use of Flock.
What may be retained temporarily
- Limited security and audit logs that help us investigate abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
- Information we must keep for legal compliance, law enforcement requests, or to resolve disputes.
- Technical backups that may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted in the normal backup cycle.
- Records needed to enforce our terms, protect the safety of our users, or maintain the integrity of the service.
